Price by home size
That one flat rate carries the truck and fuel, the blankets, dollies, and straps, and a crew that has every piece padded before the ramp.

Whatever comes apart, the dining table, the bed frames, the heavy case goods, gets broken down at the old house and put back together at the new. Floor protection runs through every room and corners are capped, because a gouge in old fir or a hundred-year-old stair tread does not buff out.

A long daylight-basement stair run is exactly where a cut-rate crew either pads the bill or scuffs the drywall. We chart the climb first, cushion every turn and the railing, and bring the armoire or the fridge up out of the basement without a mark.
