The Valley runs on the daylight basement — a finished lower level and a long stair run that decides how the whole day goes. Travis Mercer reads the staircase before we lift a thing.

Getting the truck to the door
Valley streets are wide with real driveways, so our 26-footer usually parks at the door. The variable is winter, not access.
