Spokane is base, but the trucks reach clear across the county, climb the gravel acreage roads, and run I-90 for the longer jobs.
This isn’t a list we drew off a map to look busy. Dave was raised on the North Side and lives on the South Hill today, and our crews have spent years getting to know these particular driveways and staircases by feel.
Every pocket sets a different problem
The long stair runs in South Hill and Valley daylight-basements, the steep quarter-mile gravel driveways on Green Bluff and Colbert acreage, the tight historic Craftsman staircases in Browne’s Addition, and the Kendall Yards and downtown lofts where a COI and a booked elevator run the whole day.
